Exceptional Construction

Made in the USA with Primo SuperCeramics, the Oval XL is coated with a protective, lead-free, and scratch-resistant porcelain glaze. It features easy-to-clean and reversible stainless steel cooking grates and one of the highest sitting lids, accommodating whole chickens or turkeys.

Efficient Heat Retention

The patented Primo Oval XL retains and evenly distributes heat across 400 square inches of cooking surface, maintaining consistent temperatures. It supports smoking at temperatures as low as 180°F and searing at over 500°F. The 6-position cast aluminum chimney cap, 5-position stainless steel lower vent door, and easy-to-read thermometer ensure precise temperature control.

Enhanced Usability

The chimney cap includes a rain hood for all-weather grilling. The new lift-and-lock hinge system requires 70% less force to open, and the soft-close felt gasket, along with the cool-touch handle and integrated retaining clips, enhances ease of use. Heat-safe ceramic feet stabilize the grill on combustible surfaces (sold separately).

All Primo ceramic parts are warrantied, to the original purchaser, by a Limited Lifetime warranty and are backed by a twenty (20) year guarantee. All metal parts (excluding cast-iron parts) are warrantied for five (5) years. All cast-iron parts, valves and knobs, and all other parts and accessories are warrantied for one (1) year. The thermometer and felt gaskets are warrantied for thirty (30) days. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts which, under normal use, Primo determines, after reasonable examination, to be defective. Labor is not included.
