What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
The fulfillment process begins as soon as we receive your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, Aventia Home only ships within the USA. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery (Ground) shipping on all orders within the USA.
When will my order arrive?
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Transit Times: Standard Delivery (Ground) shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that exceptions may apply for items that are not currently in stock.
Delaying Order Delivery
We will notify you via email of any unforeseen delays and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
How can I track my order?
- Tracking Information: We will send tracking information to your email address within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. The email will contain a link to track your order online. The tracking information will include your tracking number, carrier name, and shipment status.

Returns & Refunds
What items can be returned?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
What items cannot be returned?
- Used items (including installed/assembled items)
- Clearance items
- Warehouse Deal Items
- Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products
- Items marked "non-returnable"
- Items requested outside the 30-day window
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. You can reach us by phone at +1 (307) 336-7577, email at store@aventiahome.com, or through our online contact form at https://aventiahome.com/pages/contact.
- Provide Order Details: Have your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return ready when you contact us.
- Await Return Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Attach the return label provided to you and ship the item back to us.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and process your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
What about cancellations and refunds?
- Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship (except custom/made-to-order products).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for the same item or an item of equal value (subject to availability), unopened and unused in original packaging.
What happens if my item is not delivered or lost?
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and offer a full refund or replacement (if possible).
How long does Aventia Home take to decide on my refund request?
We will make a decision within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. You will be notified by email.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect the packaging upon arrival. Report any damage within 24 hours with photos (damage, box, SKU), and a description to store@aventiahome.com. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Does Aventia Home offer warranties?
Yes, we have a guaranteed warranty policy on all products (see individual product pages for details). We recommend contacting us before filing a chargeback.
