Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to AventiaHome.com, operated by BSH Global LLC, doing business as Aventia Home ("we”, “us” and “our").

At Aventia Home, we source high-quality home furnishings from trusted brands. This warranty policy outlines the general coverage for all Aventia Home products. For specific brand warranty details, please refer to the product page or contact the manufacturer directly.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations
Damage caused by improper installation, assembly, or maintenance
Products that have been modified or altered without our authorization
Products that have been used for commercial or rental purposes
Products that have been damaged by fire, flood, or other acts of nature

Brand-Specific Warranties

1. Broil King

Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel grates are warrantied for five (5) years. All remaining parts and paint are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including but not limited to damage caused by insects within the burner tubes, as set out in the owner’s manual. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere.

2. Broilmaster

Broilmaster offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Aluminum Grill Housing (except paint), Stainless Steel Rod Cooking Grids, Stainless Steel Griddle, Cast Stainless Steel or Porcelain-Coated Cast Iron Cooking Grids, Select Stainless Steel Components - Cart, Mounting, Bowtie Burner, Side Burner (DPSBSS), Side Burner Housing, and Warming Rack and Stainless Steel Built-in Kit for P3/H3 Grill Head; 10 Year Warranty on H Series Stainless Steel Burner, Side Burner (DPASBC), Side Burner Housing (BSA); 5 Year Warranty on Infrared Burners on R and R3B, Flare Buster Flavor Enhancers, Painted Electro-Galvanized Steel Components and Stainless Steel Smoker Shutter; 2 Year Warranty on Porcelain Coated Steel Briquet Racks, Chrome-Plated Warming Rack, Stainless Steel Flavor Screen and Stainless Steel Heat Shield; 1 Year Warranty on Valves, Knobs, Ignitors, Labels, Hoses, Fittings, Paint on grill head, and all other parts and accessories. Labor not included.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation or storage of this appliance.
Travel, diagnostic costs and freight charges on warranted parts to and from the factory.
Claims that do not involve defective workmanship or materials.
Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
Removal and reinstallation cost.
Inoperable due to improper or lack of maintenance.
The costs of a service call to diagnose a problem and labor for replacement or repairs.

3. Camp Chef

Camp Chef warrants this smoker to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one one (1) year from the date of purchase (excluding finish). Labor not included.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage caused by misuse, abuse, overheating and alteration. No alterations are covered in this warranty. Camp Chef is not responsible for any loss due to neglectful operation. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, water damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, improper maintenance or installation, or exposure to weather, natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, lightning, fires, or failure to follow instructions for use. Without limiting the exclusions stated above, warranty does not cover; paint damage caused by (i) high temperatures, (ii) UV exposure, (iii) excessive humidity, (iv) chlorine, (v) industrial fumes, (vi) fertilizers, (vii) lawn pesticides, (viii) salt, (ix) other substances, (x) normal wear and tear; and warping of the drip tray or heat baffle. Camp Chef takes every precaution to utilize materials and finishes that retard rust and stand up to normal use.

4. Dimplex

Dimplex warrants the product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase when subject to normal residential use. Labor not included.

5. Infratech

Infratech warrants that this product is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from original date of purchase.

6. Kannoa

ALUMINUM FRAME – Fifteen (15) Years (Residential) – Five (5) Years (Commercial)
If the aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds), or if the finish peels or blisters within Fifteen (15) Years (Residential) – Five (5) Years (Commercial) setting- from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if color has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

TEAK FURNITURE – Fifteen (15) Years (Residential) – Five (5) Years (Commercial)
If the teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame) within fifteen (15) years (Residential) - Five (5) years (Commercial) from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

ALL WEATHER WICKER - Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If the weave unravels or fades excessively within Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial) from the date of purchase we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

FABRIC ON CUSHIONS, SLINGS AND UMBRELLAS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If the fabric on a cushion, sling or umbrella tears, mildews, or fades excessively within three years of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern if available or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

COMPONENT PARTS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If a component part (glide, bolt, wheel, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defect within three years from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply).
Color Fastness: Premium and Silver - Three (3) Years | Standard - Five (5) Years

COMPOSITE OR STONE TOPS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If a composite tabletop fails structurally within three years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if original has been discontinued. Some of the tabletops have painted decorations, which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions under the Exclusions section.

This warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Photographs may be required in certain instances. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. Freight charges are not covered under warranty.

7. Kegco

NO WARRANTY OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S. Unless otherwise stated, all items carry a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty. All products are warrantied by the respective manufacturer to be free of defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and operation, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Defective parts, subject to the inspection of the Manufacturer, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, inadequate wiring, accidental damage, or improper use, is the responsibility of the Buyer. All shipping costs related to returning the product to the Manufacturer for inspection will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if parts are determined to be defective. Shipping non-defective parts back to the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer. All expenses, losses in revenue, and labor charges arising or originating from the failure of defective parts will be borne by the Buyer.

8. Primo Grills

All Primo ceramic parts are warrantied, to the original purchaser, by a Limited Lifetime warranty and are backed by a twenty (20) year guarantee. All metal parts (excluding cast-iron parts) are warrantied for five (5) years. All cast-iron parts, valves and knobs, and all other parts and accessories are warrantied for one (1) year. The thermometer and felt gaskets are warrantied for thirty (30) days. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts which, under normal use, Primo determines, after reasonable examination, to be defective. Labor is not included.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation or storage of this appliance.
Travel, diagnostic costs and freight charges on warranted parts to and from the factory.
Claims that do not involve defective workmanship or materials.

9. Seaside Casual

Seaside Casual EnviroWood® Furniture 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase*). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty. This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the original purchaser only.

Coastline Collection Limited 10 Year Residential & 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of EnviroWood Furniture for up to 10 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase* for Coastline Collection products. We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase*. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. EnviroWood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty

Powder Coated Aluminum Frames 3 Year Limited Warranty
The finish on exposed Powder Coated Aluminum Frames is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase*. Blistering and oxidation of finishes due to damage caused by scratches, dents, power washing and dings are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion were caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

Commercial Liners 1 Year Limited Warranty
Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase* for residential and commercial use. In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to any plants which may have been planted in the product.

Stainless Steel Fasteners 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Stainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 20 years for residential use and 5 years for commercial use from date of purchase*. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under the “Envirowood Care and Maintenance” section. Rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.

Cushions and Pillows 1 Year Limited Warranty
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use from date of purchase*. Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. Although our cushions are water resistant they are not water proof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We advise that you shelter cushions in rainy conditions to avoid extended drying times. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which, in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

Woven Components 3 Year Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual warrants that under normal use and proper care, Resin Wicker, Nylon Rope, and Synthetic Hyacinth products are designed to withstand fading, weathering and aging for 3 (three) years from date of purchase*. Color pigmentation can affect the color consistency of Resin Wicker products, so there may be slight color variations between production batches which does not fall under warranty consideration. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

Fire Pit Table Components
The fire components used in fire pit tables, including Crystal Fire® burners, ignitions, electronics, and glass guards, are under the Outdoor Great Room Company warranty, please reach out to Seaside Casual or the Seaside Casual retailer from whom you purchased your fire pit table for warranty information. 10. Zuo Modern

ZUO's limited warranty does not cover defects, damages, or failure caused by the common carrier, user, or other persons, pets, or rodents, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: careless handling, modification of any type for any reason, incorrect use or any use in a manner inconsistent with the design of the furniture or accessory (i.e., standing on a chair, which should only be used for seating), lack of routine proper maintenance, use of abrasive or improper cleaners, or acts of God, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.

11. Dundalk LeisureCraft

Natural Palm Thatch has a 1 year warranty.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the Tiki Bar, refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.

12. Whynter

Whynter Standard Product Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WHYNTER products are warranted to the original owner, purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states, for one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage. Should your WHYNTER product prove defective within one year from the date of purchase, contact Whynter’s Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. A Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning any parts or products. Parts or products received without a Whynter issued Return Authorization Number will be refused. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any parts found defective with new or re-manufactured parts or exchange the defective product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured product at our discretion. All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced on a mail-in basis to Whynter’s Service Center. This warranty is not transferable. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of labor and parts will be the responsibility of the original owner.

Return freight is prepaid by Whynter within two months of purchase. After two months to one year, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost to Whynter’s Service Center. Please package the product carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Whynter is not responsible for damage resulting from shipper mishandling or improper packaging. Please retain the original box and packaging materials.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes.
Improper power supply such as power surge, low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses.
Use in commercial or industrial applications.
Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the product while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, lack of maintenance or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions.
Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations to the product by anyone other than authorized by the manufacturer.
Removal, Replacement Packaging, Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service.
Products sold AS IS or from an unauthorized reseller.
Products that have had their serial numbers removed or defaced.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. CLAIMS BASED ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW, BUT NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR. WHYNTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioners are warranted to the original owner, purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states, for one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage. Should your WHYNTER product prove defective within one year from the date of purchase, contact Whynter’s Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. A Return Authorization number must be issued before returning any parts or products. Parts or products received without a Whynter issued Return Authorization number will be refused. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any parts found defective with new or re-manufactured parts or exchange the defective product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured product at our discretion. All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced on a mail-in basis to Whynter’s Service Center. This warranty is not transferable. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of labor and parts will be the responsibility of the original owner.

The compressor of portable air conditioners is warranted for an additional two years after the one year limited warranty expires from the date of purchase.
