Warranty & Support

The stainless steel main burners, fabricated stainless steel housing are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel grates are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residental use for fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase. The briquette trays and gas valves are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Delta Heat grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments), Delta Heat warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.

Delta Heat 22″ Delta Heat Power Burner – DHPW22 provides a high end built-in gas burner, a terrific addition to your custom grill island. The high quality 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long lasting and durable product, while the polished stainless steel top cover provides a sleek and stylish way to protect the burner when not in use. This gas appliance is designed and certified for outdoor use only. Do not locate this Power Burner under overhead combustible surfaces. Do not operate the Power Burner inside a building, garage, recreation vehicle or any enclosed area. CAUTION should be taken when grills are used near glass, vinyl siding or other temperature sensitive construction materials. In some cases it may be necessary to increase the clearance around the grill to avoid damage to vinyl siding. Check with the manufacturer of the siding material for details. When choosing an area, consider exposure to wind, proximity to traffic paths and length of gas supply line. Keep gas supply lines as short as possible to reduce pressure drop. Keep the Power Burner away from windy area but keep the Power Burner in a well-ventilated area. Do not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air around the Power Burner. The supporting edges of the Power Burner must be located level and flat. The counter should also be leveled.
