Product Protection

Powder Coated Steel
General Cleaning: Products that have been powder coated should be cleaned with a soft brush or cloth, using mild soap and very warm water. Soaps that have emulsifiers that break down common stains and are scum free are the best to use. For more detailed cleans you may use a pressure washer using filtered water under low pressure. Mild detergent may be used, but do not use chlorine or harsh cleaning solutions. It is very important that low pressure be used in pressure cleaning. If the pressure is strong enough to move the metal surface, it may be strong enough to damage the finish as well.

All-Weather Wicker
Product Care Wash any collection of KANNOA woven furniture with a solution of mild liquid detergent and water. Rinse with clear water. Dry thoroughly.

Sling Woven Fabric
General Cleaning: We recommend that slings are cleaned using a Woven Cleaner. It is important to use a non-foaming cleaner on slings, as a foaming product will leave residues in the gaps in-between the weave which will then attract dirt. A pressure washer should not be used on sling as it may damage the fabric.

Aluminum
Clean with water when needed. Dry with a soft cloth. When caring for your piece, keep in mind that it will scratch like any metal. If your product begins to tarnish you can use an aluminum polish. Aggressive alkaline or acid cleaners must never be used. Cleaning hot, sun-heated surfaces should be avoided since possible chemical reactions will be highly accelerated, and cleaning non-uniformity could occur.

Faux Teak
Wash any collection of KANNOA faux wood furniture with a solution of mild liquid detergent and water. Rinse with clear water. Dry thoroughly. Avoid using products meant for natural wood. These products can stain the finish.

Cement

DO NOT use traditional heavy acid cleaners, which are formulated and may be suitable for commercial concrete installations or pool servicing. These acids are too caustic for use on outdoor concrete furniture.

DO NOT pressure wash with high-pressure powered pressure washers, for most applications a garden nozzle will be enough pressure to clean the furniture.

DO CLEAN spills as soon as possible, using a mild soap and water, for more aggressive spills, you can use a mild household standard chlorine bleach diluted 1 part bleach 2 parts water and use on the entire surface to be cleaned.

For general day-to-day cleaning if needed spray your table with water then lightly with a household spray: Mix 1 part bleach with 2 parts water. Leave on for 5 minutes; then spray off with a garden hose.

DO NOT drag a concrete table to a new position outdoors. This will cause irreparable damage to the table. The weight and size of the tables need the help of 3 to 4 adult people.

Cushion Care
Product Care General Cleaning: Brush off any loose dirt. Prepare a cleaning solution of 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water. Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Allow fabric to air dry. Spot Cleaning: Apply a light mist of mild soap and water using a spray bottle. Work the solution into the stain by lightly scrubbing the area with a sponge or very soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. Wet-vacuum or blot excess water. Air dry, Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all soap residue is removed.

If the aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds), or if the finish peels or blisters within Fifteen (15) Years (Residential) – Five (5) Years (Commercial) setting- from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if color has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

TEAK FURNITURE – Fifteen (15) Years (Residential) – Five (5) Years (Commercial)
If the teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame) within fifteen (15) years (Residential) - Five (5) years (Commercial) from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

ALL WEATHER WICKER - Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If the weave unravels or fades excessively within Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial) from the date of purchase we will at factory option, replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. FABRIC ON CUSHIONS, SLINGS AND UMBRELLAS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If the fabric on a cushion, sling or umbrella tears, mildews, or fades excessively within three years of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern if available or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply)

COMPONENT PARTS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If a component part (glide, bolt, wheel, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defect within three years from the date of purchase, we will at factory option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. (Some exclusions may apply).
Color Fastness: Premium and Silver - Three (3) Years | Standard - Five (5) Years

COMPOSITE OR STONE TOPS – Five (5) Years (Residential) - Three (3) Years (Commercial)
If a composite tabletop fails structurally within three years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if original has been discontinued. Some of the tabletops have painted decorations, which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions under the Exclusions section.

This warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Photographs may be required in certain instances. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. Freight charges are not covered under warranty.
